About the child
Child, age 2, presented with classical
signs of Autism from the age of 1.5 yrs. He completely lacked eye contact,
showed no response to his name, extremely aloof, was indifferent to his
surroundings, did say a few words but meaninglessly, could not identify his mother
or father with classical flapping of his hands.
He lacked comprehension, speech and communication and diagnosed to be in
the ‘moderate-severe autism spectrum’.
Strong family history
This child's immediate cousin too was diagnosed
to be in the autism spectrum which made the parents very aware and guided
them to seek treatment timely. Though the percentage of Autism in siblings and/or
relatives is few and rare, we do see this occurrence rather often now and leads
us to believe that children in the spectrum may have some genetic tendency or
predisposition. If someone in your family suffers from Autism, PDD or cognitive
and sensory disorders do be watchful and seek treatment as early as 1-1.5
years. You can lessen the chances of a full blown spectrum disorder as we see
excellent reversals in most cases being treated here.
Changes after 4 months of treatment
The parents consulted Dr. Anish
Vaknalli soon after they realized he was very indifferent and lacked eye
contact, reaction and cognition. He was 1.6 years of age. After considering his
behavior pattern he was started on Dr. Vaknalli’s – NP therapy consisting of
homeopathic medicines and supplements capable of reversing signs of Autism and sensory deviations.
Today, after 4-5 months of treatment,
he now recites poems, counts 1-100, knows his alphabets, has regained
complete eye contact and response as well as speech. All sensory issues found
in Autism have disappeared and no more falls in the spectrum. He is as normal
as any child and even smarter. He is currently on our medicines
and is one of a kind where complete reversal has been achieved owing to the
prompt action taken by his parents.
